MMA workouts are designed to incorporate practically every muscle of the body. When you kick as often as a MMA fighter does, your legs become incredibly strong. As you punch, your arms become equally strong. Instead of being a regular bore, working out and training actually becomes something you look forward to, something new to learn, and an exciting challenge that motivates you. Your workout regime doesn’t become just another drag.

Conor McGregor

Growing up in a rough working class section in Crumlin, life was not easy for an upcoming champion which he didn’t know he would be. His aggression led him to MMA and that’s where he actually found himself and his real personality. Rounda Rousey

Born with the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and not being able to speak for 6 years, the start couldn’t have been more difficult. But, Rounda Rousey, (UFC World Champion) was determined to prove herself in the male dominated sport and never gave up. MMA and boxing gave her the name and identity she was worthy off. She found it difficult to socialise, but MMA gave her the confidence to put her emotions out and now the entire world is at her feet. A name that has become a part of households and the fitness fraternity.
