Finally found a place where I can realise my fitness goals under an experienced trainer and I love my workout sessions at Knockout Fitness. They have multiple forms of workout like MMA, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Cross Functional etc. So it’s doesn’t get boring. Plus the rates are pretty nominal as well. So all in all a complete Package.
I joined knockout fitness with the purpose of having some weight gain and their workouts are really helping me to achieve my fitness goals. Their sessions are amazing and they also offer diet plans which help you achieve you fitness goal. Highly Recommended.

Born with the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and not being able to speak for 6 years, the start couldn’t have been more difficult. But, Rounda Rousey, (UFC World Champion) was determined to prove herself in the male dominated sport and never gave up. MMA and boxing gave her the name and identity she was worthy off. She found it difficult to socialise, but MMA gave her the confidence to put her emotions out and now the entire world is at her feet. A name that has become a part of households and the fitness fraternity.
